It’s Up to You!

Most everything in your life is the result of a choice you made. So if you want a different result then make a different choice.

Here are a few ways to practice making good choices towards your own self-care.
• Learn something new
• Make a list of your accomplishments
• Sit outside and have your breakfast
• Go for a walk
• Create a goal board
• Listen to your favorite music
• Exercise
• Do something special for someone
• Take a warm bath surrounded in candles
• Declutter your bedroom
• Start a new bible reading plan
• Get rid of 5 things you never use
• Send an encouraging text to 5 people
• Do one thing you’ve been putting off
• Take a nap
• Read a good book
